Perlifoc HP Eco+ is well suited to structural steelwork where speed of application and cost are key considerations. It’s also a strong option for refurbishment projects, where substrate preparation can often be reduced compared with some intumescent coating systems. The cost and programme benefits typically increase at higher fire ratings (often 60+ minutes), where lower thickness build-ups can improve installation efficiency and help reduce overall costs compared with some intumescent and board systems.
Concrete Slab
Upgrades
For concrete slab upgrades, Perlifoc HP Eco+ provides a fast, spray applied solution that is particularly effective for refurbishment and remediation projects. It can often be applied directly to the substrate without a keycoat or mesh (project dependent), avoiding the additional mechanical fixings associated with some alternative systems. With strong fire performance and low thickness build ups, it provides a cost effective route to achieving the required level of fire resistance.
